Our Ladera de Burriana villa apartments offer an en-suite bathroom or shower room with a second bathroom.
They are well equipped with good quality fixtures and modern furnishings and everything is provided for comfortable living. Being resident owners on site ensures that the buildings, pool and gardens are well maintained and also means we can give you a warm welcome on arrival.
Each villa apartment has its own front door leading directly outside so it feels more like a single storey house than a traditional apartment.
Built to a luxury specification and sited high up on Golden Hill, the villa apartments have lovely views over the town, to the mountains and down to the sea. They are situated on the favoured east side of town - a quiet residential area just five minutes walk from the beautiful Burriana beach (blue flag) and 20 minutes walk to the town centre with its quaint streets and terrific choice of restaurants and bars.
