Many of our guests have bought on low price via two well known internet car rental brokers to find that the low prices produces volume sales and therefore very long queues for pick up- one hour plus queue has often been quoted. Not a good way to start the holiday. We have used many companies over the years and found Nizza/Marinsa to be the best in our opinion.

Rates are per week. All rates in euros:

For rentals of less than seven days- weekly rated divided by 6 x number of days

More than 7 days: weekly rate divided by 7 x number of days.

General Conditions

• Insurance-The rates include unlimited public liability, fire, theft and damages except insurance excess. The excess is not charged if the supplement for comprehensive insurance is paid and refunded if the car is returned without any damage. The insurance becomes invalid if anyone whose name is not on the contract drives the vehicle: if vehicles are loaded with more passengers than their stated capacity; or if drivers are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Insurance cover also lapses if non-4 wheel drive vehicles are taken 'off road'
• Accidents & mechanical problems: Should you be involved in an accident this must be reported to the local police and a signed police report and full details of any third parties, be obtained. If the procedure is not followed there is a risk the insurance may become invalid. Any accident must be reported to Marinsa when the car is returned. Mechanical problems should be reported to Marinsa within 24 hrs or sooner if possible.
• Taxes- rates include 16%vat
• Rates and payment. Payment is made on collection of the rental vehicle. Minimum rental is 24 hrs. Insurance excess charge in the case of an accident due to client negligence is payable along with any traffic or parking fines, tyres and windows, tow away fees or the like are the clients responsibility. Credit card details are required at the time of collection as security against such charges.
• Extra Hours: An extra charge (18€) will be made if the car is returned more than 60 mins. after the agreed hour and for collection of vehicles between 00.01pm and 8.00am. ( Other airports 21:00-08:00)
• Minimum Age: Drivers must be over the age of 21 and 23 for cars in groups E to K.
• Liability: The contract for vehicle hire is between the client and Nizza/Marinsa (not nerjalets.com) and is governed by their terms and conditions and is under the jurisdiction of Spanish Law. We, nerjalets/Spanish Gold Ltd act solely as broker and accept no responsibility whatsoever for loss, damage, injury or death, whether arising from negligence, breach of contract or any other cause. In addition to the insurance on the vehicles, hirers should ensure they have full personal travel insurance to cover accident and injury and loss of any personal effects carried in their vehicle.
